As the go-to person for Marketing, your challenge will be to change that!As the Director of Marketing Communications, you will contribute directly to Bizangas marketplace success. Reporting the CMO, your responsibility will extend from branding and positioning of the company to its public relations and lead generation activities. You will devise strategies as well as execute against them through a variety of marketing initiatives, such as trade shows, customer events, sales collateral, website presence and online advertising.This position will demand excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to interact with and/or oversee others for successful and timely project completion. You will directly manage agency and vendor relationships through the creative, production and execution processes, including budget and reporting. Frequent interaction with company executives, other employees and partners will be required.You also should possess exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit different markets/segments (ISPs/carriers vs. enterprises; retail vs. financial), audience types/levels (business vs. technical, senior vs. line mgt) and applications (website pages, sales collateral, industry whitepapers, online advertising, etc.). You must be able to create a range of concepts for each project, work independently with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should demonstrate the ability to grow with the company and assume higher level responsibilities over time. The Director of Marketing Communications will report to Bizangas CMO. The position may involve supervision of others.
